About Me
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, working with Children, Young People and Adults.
I have extensive experience of working alongside people having been in Social Work for almost 20 years. I currently support Children, young people and their families facing cancer. I feel that both roles compliment each other . It is a privilege to be able to listen to others, to be along side people and for them to entrust me with their challenges and concerns.
I am compassionate, caring, warm and honest. I believe you are the expert on you! I will provide a safe , confidential space for you to explore your feelings, thoughts and actions. This can be done online, face to face or walk and talk sessions.
I am non judgemental and will draw on person centred, psyco -dyamic and cognitive behaviour therapies depending on what suits you best.
I would like to offer you a free introductory call to see if I am the right person for you.
